Return Policy

Our return or exchange policy only lasts 14 days after your receipt of an item, in which time we must be advised accordingly by emailing sales@ilovemylife.com.au OR phone/texting Libby on 0412044558.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and returned in the original packaging or equivalent. No refund or exchange will be given if item is not in original conditional or damaged when received by us.

To receive an exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within a further 7 days, or advise you that we do not accept the item for refund or exchange, and the reasons for that decision.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@ilovemylife.com.au.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Made to measure items

We do not refund or exchange 'made to measure' items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Quality assurance

All items are individually made and inspected before being sent out to ensure the quality of the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since any refund or exchange will occur only after we have received the returned item, and we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
